Collaboration is the ticket for grant funding!

One of the greatest barriers we see in small non-profits inability to obtain grant funding is an unwillingness to collaborate. When non-profits are unwilling to share resources and information with like-minded community organizations, the chances for success in funding applications are slim!

Believing in scarcity brings scarcity! Foundations are looking for non-profits that are open-handed, and willing to work with each other. Why? They are more likely to use funding more effectively, because they are avoiding duplication of services.

At GRE Consulting Associates, we focus on building effective coalitions of non-profit organizations. Collaboration is the key! It makes for better grant applications. It makes for programs that are more effective.

When we serve the same community, we need to partner together for better outcomes!
