GRE ConsultingGRE Consulting Associates has supported an innovative adult day care model. We first assisted in developing the business model for All Families Adult Day Care Center. This summer we consulted on the transition of this woman-owned business to a new and expanded facility, where clients can access public transportation. Through facilitation of visioning process with the Advisory Board GRE Consulting has supported the re-branding of All Families Adult Day Care Center as Adult Day Care Spokane. Samuel Mahaffy of GRE Consulting provided critical marketing and business planning support. Laska Golden of GRE Consulting contributed valuable assistance in development of a new log and image.
Adult Day Care Spokane accepts COPES clients as well as private pay. Dr. Rinderknecht, the Administrative Director and founder, believes that it is important to go deeper than labeling the elderly with the diagnosis of Alzheimer's. The Center seeks to keep the elderly connected to the community and young people in an actiivity-rich environment. Accepting Medicaid as well as private pay 'friends' into a small 'family-like setting', the Center has an Advisory Board that includes professionals with diverse experience in serving the elderly and adults with special needs.
